Non-Disclosure Agreement System
Hyundai Motors is a multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. It is the third largest vehicle manufacturer in the world. Hyundai’s vehicles are sold in over 190 countries, they have been investing in R&D continuously to become a leader in technological innovation.
Challenges
Employees and partners of Hyundai Motors are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon their employment/partnership. They were using paper NDA and found it a hassle in collecting and processing them. Each time there is a change to the NDA, extra time and effort will be spent in disposing of existing forms and reprinting new forms.
How We Helped
A non-disclosure agreement system was built out of the Smart e-Form. All existing paper NDA were converted digitally. The encryption feature of Smart e-Form strengthens the overall security in preventing e-Signature forgery. The integration was so successful that Hyundai Card, Hyundai KEFICO, and Hyundai Commercial are considering integrating a similar system.
Result
