Occurs immediately after the user clicks the NumericUpDown using a mouse on the report viewer and the value is changed.

Arguments :
ozarg_mainScreen |
Whether the event occurred on the main screen. When an event occurs in the main screen returns true. Otherwise it returns false. But, it will always return true in the single-screen environment. |
Reference :
The OnValueChanged event occurs only when clicking the mouse and will not occur when the value is changed by a script.
