Image Label

Image Label displays images and can be placed on any band. Image labels can display images in GIF, JPG, BMP format.

Click Image on the Insert Component tab and drag & drop it in the band. By double-clicking Image Label, a window in which you can enter the path to the image will be displayed.

Enter the image path or image data, click on an empty area in the report, and then the image will be displayed.

You can set the web path(http://), OZ repository path(ozp://) or the local path(file://).

The image path is set to the Text property in the Properties Window or can be set using the Repository File Window. To run the Repository File Window, click the Image URL pop-up menu in the Image Label. When you select an image file in the Repository File Window, the value of the Text property is set to the image path.

The image data should be set to the image data encoded in base64 format.

To run the Repository File Window, click the Insert Image pop-up menu in the Image Label. When you select an image file in the Repository File Window, the value of the Text property is set to the image data encoded in base64 format.

If you set the value of the Text property with the image data, the size of the report file increases than the image path.

Please set the property value to the image data only if the file can't be imported due to problems such as network access permissions, cross-domain, folder permissions, etc.
