X-Axis Advanced - If X-Axis Data Type is Item

If the data type of the X-Axis is item, set the advanced options for X-Axis in the Advanced dialog by clicking the [Advanced] button in the [X-Axis] tab.

Major Gridlines, Minor Gridlines

Sets the position, length of Major/Minor gridlines.

Gap between bars

Sets the gap between the bars.

Gap between bars in X-Axis - Sets gap between bars in X-Axis.

Gap collected between series - Sets gap collected between bars.

Category(X) Join

If there are multiple fields assigned for the X-Axis, this option determines whether or not to join each field of X-Axis and display it. Parent(Higher level) fields are displayed as Major Gridline and Child(Lower level) fields are displayed as Minor Gridline.

Use tree

If there are multiple fields assigned for the X-Axis, all fields are displayed on X-Axis label in tree format.

Adjust X-Axis to each series

When many charts are drawn by fields in series, this selects whether X-Axis of each chart changes to fit each series or the same X-Axis that fits all series are applied to each chart.

Adjust X-Axis for all series

When more than two fields are in series, this selects whether X-Axis changes to fit all the superior series or if the charts that have the same last series will have the same X-Axis. If Adjust X-Axis to each series option is not checked or if only one field is designated, this is insignificant.

Value(Y) axis crosses between category(X)

Sets whether or not to cross Y-Axis between X-Axis items. Default value is set to according to chart type.

Label Inclined

Sets whether or not to display the X-Axis label at a 45 degree angle.

If the option is checked, the following restrictions apply.

•The text direction is ignored, and the text is displayed in a single line. The newline character is converted to a space character.

•When the report is exported to the PDF or SVG file, the labels will not be exported. But the "Save chart to image" option in the  PDF save option dialogue is checked, chart labels are exported.

•If the X-Axis and Z-Axis are reversed, the X-Axis will be displayed at a -45 degree angle.
