Crosstab Wizard

This Wizard is used to create Crosstab components by setting fields which will be displayed on the crosstab.

Crosstab Wizard is executed by dragging and dropping the Crosstab component to the specific data bands or double clicking it or right clicking on it and selecting Crosstab Wizard.

General Options

Force new page when pivot data has changed

Sets whether to display the data on the next page when the pivot data has changed. This option is activated by clicking on the row and column fields with at least two fields added to the row and column.

Skip summary row for a group with only one pivot row

Sets whether or not to display summary row when the number of grouped data is one. This option is activated by clicking on the row and column fields with at least two fields added to the row and column.

Force new page if pivot data runs over free space in the current page

Sets whether to display the data on the next page when the pivot data in rows and columns is greater than the remaining area of the page. This option is activated by clicking on the row and column fields, not the lowest pivot, with at least two fields added to the row and column.

Common Options

Header Title

Sets options for the crosstab header, the title that cross rows and columns.

Merge

Must create one crosstab header and set the crosstab header text to "Main Title".

Vertical split by row count

Split the crosstab header vertically into the number of row fields and set the crosstab header text to the row field names.

Horizontal split by column count

Split the crosstab header horizontally into the number of column fields and set the crosstab header text to the column field names.

Value Title

Sets options for the field title.

Show value title

Displays the title of the value.

Using row title

Displays the title of the value in the rows in the crosstab.

Using column title

Displays the title of the value in the columns in the crosstab.

Cell merge

Sets cell merge options.

Merge cells with same data

Merge cells when the upper and lower pivots have the same value.

Sort Option

In the Sort tab, set whether or not to sort row or column fields.
