Print Dialog Box
Sets the print options.
Printer
Sets the printer information.
Name
Selects a printer driver to use among printer drivers installed in the user's PC.
Print to file
Sets to save a document to a file instead of printing it to printer.
Paper orientation
Sets the paper orientation.
Portrait
Sets the paper orientation to portrait.
Landscape
Sets the paper orientation to landscape.
Multi reports
Sets whether to print all reports.
Print all document
Prints all reports of a multi report.
Copies
Sets the copies.
Copies
Sets the number of copies to be printed.
Collate
Selects whether to print the entire document first and repeat them for multiple times or print the same pages multiple times and move on to the next pages.
Use Spool by each copy
Defines whether to use the spool option when printing more than two copies.
Print range
Sets the print range.
All
Prints all pages of the report.
Current page
Prints the page currently displayed.
Selection
Prints only the selected pages. The EXE Viewer prints the pages selected using the checkboxes in the thumbnail or the page sorter window, while the HTML Viewer in the PC environment only prints the pages selected in the [Select pages] window. Other viewers are not supported.
Pages
Prints pages set by the user. The starting page number or the ending page number can be omitted in the page range. For example, if the page range of a five-page report is set to "2-", the printing range will be from pages two to five.
Change paper size
Sets the paper size.
Current paper
Shows the paper size settings when designing report forms.
Target paper
Selects the output paper. When a multi report is bound as a report, it would be displayed as By Report(Paper size of report1,Paper size of report2, ...,Paper size of reportn) and the output direction will be inactivated. For example, By Report(A4,A3).
Adjust printing scale
Prints according to paper settings. When printing according to paper settings and the designed report paper type and output paper are different and a horizontal or vertical margin remains, it would be adjusted to the center and printed.
