Excel Save Option Dialog Box
Sets the Excel save options.
Auto Select
Sets the page scale to Auto Fit.
Auto Selected
Sets the "Fit to" option of Excel's Page Setup dialog box.
Width
Sets the "page(s) wide by" option of Excel's Page Setup dialog box.
Height
Sets the "tall" option of Excel's Page Setup dialog box.
Display option
Sets the display options for Excel.
Show gridlines
Shows gridlines on a worksheet.
Text control
Sets the text adjustment options.
Shrink to fit
Sets the "Shrink to fit" option of Excel's Format Cells dialog box.
Ratio
Sets the zoom ratio.
Zoom In/Out
Sets the worksheet magnification.
Freeze panes
Sets freeze panes.
Row
Sets the "Freeze Top Row" option of a worksheet.
Column
Sets the "Freeze First Column" option of a worksheet.
Save mode
Sets the saving method.
Keep the report form
Saves the report reflecting its original format and property as much as possible.
Ignore color, border, merge cell
Saves as a simple list like saving text. It is suitable for saving the report in the list or table format.
Remove adjacent cell after dividing: After splitting the merged label, removes surrounding cells.
Save type
Sets the save type.
Column pages per sheet
Each page in the same column is saved as a single Excel sheet in "Page coordinate window".
Page per sheet
Each page is saved an individual Excel sheet.
Column first: Saves each page in OZ Viewer with column direction priority in the "Page coordinate window".
Row first: Saves each page in OZ Viewer with row direction priority in the "Page coordinate window"
Page
Sets the page.
Remove blank lines between pages
Removes blanks between the pages in the report and saves the report without margin.
Font
Sets the font and font size.
Font
Sets the font name that will be applied to the entire XLS file when it is exported. If the option is not selected, the font name of each component will be used.
Size
Sets the font size that will be applied to the entire XLS file when it is exported. If the option is not selected, the font size of each component will be used.
Line
Sets the line.
Remove line
Defines to save each page except for the designated line.
Except first page
Removes lines excluding the first page of the report.
Only first page
Removes lines only in the first page.
All Pages
Removes lines in all pages.
Format
Sets the cell format.
Numeric type text convert to number
Converts numerical characters to numbers and saves it, and sets the formats of the corresponding cells.
Apply to numeric format label only: Converts to numbers only if label values are in numerical type.
Convert date format text to date and time
Convert the cell format to date type if the value of the Format property of the Label or DateTimePicker is a date format. At this time, the category of cell formatting is automatically selected as the category recognized by the Excel program (Date, Time, Custom).
Convert data to general
Converts the display format of the cell to General.
Minimum Cell Size
Sets the minimum cell size.
Width
Enters the minimum cell width. When saving a report label into an Excel's cell, and if the cell width is smaller than this value it will merge with the cell on the right side.
Height
Enters the minimum cell height. When saving a report label into an Excel's cell, and if the cell height is smaller than this value it will merge with the lower cell.
Save Format
Sets the save format.
Save as mht
Saves to XLS file in the mht format. This option is supported in the format of "Microsoft Excel 97-2003 File(*.xls)". If you open the mht format file in Microsoft Office Excel 2007, you will receive a warning message.
