Default Options Dialog Box

Sets the default options.

Save mode

Sets whether to save multiple page reports as one page or page by page.

Save one page

Allows to bind the report to one page and save it. For example, this option can be used to avoid having one crosstab table split into several pages.

Save by page

Allows to bind the report in each page and save it.


Execute

Sets whether to execute the exported file.

Execute after save

Executes the exported result file with a connected program.


Save

Sets whether to save multiple reports individually or as a single file.

Save as one file

For Multi reports, save each report to one file. When saving as one file, the save option is applied as the value set in the first report.

Save all document

For Multi reports, save each report to each file.


Save range

Sets the page area to be saved.

All

Saves all pages of the report.

Current page

Saves the current page of the report.

Selection

Saves only the selected pages. The EXE Viewer saves the pages selected using the checkboxes in the thumbnail or the page sorter window, while the HTML Viewer in the PC environment only saves the pages selected in the [Select pages] window. Other viewers are not supported.

Pages

Saves only the pages that Sets the page range. The starting page number or the ending page number can be omitted in the page range. For example, if the page range of a five-page report is set to "2-", the saving range will be from pages two to five.


Save components

Selects the components to be saved.


Save link

Sets whether to save including the link information.

URL link

Saves the URL link.

Toc link

Saves the Toc link.


Compress on save

Saves the compressed files. You can protect a compressed file with a password.
