PDF Save Option Dialog Box

Sets the PDF save options.

Description

Sets the PDF document properties.

Title

Enter the title of the PDF file.

Author

Enter the author of the PDF file.

Subject

Enter the subject of the PDF file.

Keywords

Enter the keywords of the PDF file.

Application

Enter the application of the PDF file.

Open Restriction

Sets the password to open.

Editing Restriction

Sets the password to edit.

User access permissions

Sets whether users can print, copy, or change PDF documents.

Printing Allowed

Selects whether to allow to print the exported PDF file. If this option is not checked, the print menu and icon are disabled.

Copy Allowed

Selects whether to allow to copy the text of the exported PDF file. If this option is not checked, the copy menu and icon are disabled.

Changes Allowed

Selects whether to allow to change the exported PDF file. You can see this option in the Security tab of the Document Properties dialog box.

Save chart to image

Sets to save the chart as an image.

Embed Fonts

Sets to save including the fonts used in the report. You can only include fonts whose type is TrueType and do not have any copyright issues. In addition, in the Android/iOS viewer, you must include the font in the mobile app. If you check this option, the file size may be increased. Therefore, note the font settings when developing reports. The embedded fonts are displayed in the "OZ-FontName (Embedded)" format in the Fonts tab of the Document Properties dialog box (e.g. "OZ-Verdana (Embedded)").
