Sets the value of User_Name and Creator_Name.

User_Name displays the value of this parameter regardless of the OZR or OZD file.

Creator_Name applies only if you preview the OZR file. In the OZD file, Creator_Name is the value indicated on the system label when the report file is saved as an OZD file.
