Sets whether to display and disable the "Inverse Paper" icon.

In the Android/iOS Viewer, the default value is "false". In other viewers, the default value is "true".

If the height of the band is greater than the height of the changed paper, you cannot change the page orientation. In this case, the "Inverse Paper" icon is disabled.
