Sets whether to display and disable the option icon group.

In the Android/iOS Viewer, the default value is "false". In other viewers, the default value is "true".

The option icon group consists of add memo, add arrow, add circle, add line, add rectangle and save data icons. Add arrow, add circle, add line, and add rectangle icons are displayed only when the toolbar.addline, toolbar.addarrow, toolbar.addrectangle and toolbar.addcircle parameter value is true.
