Sets the page options applied when saving Page Header Band and Page Footer Band as the header and footer in Word.

When Page Header Band and Page Footer Band are saved as the header and footer in Word, the settings for Page Header and Footer Bands in the first page are applied to all pages in Word. This rule causes problems when there are no Page Header and Footer bands in the first page. Even if there are Page Header and Footer bands in the following pages, nothing is saved in the header and footer in Word. To fix this, set the parameter value to "different_first_page" to set the first page differently from other pages.

Applies only if the "word.saveasxml" parameter value is "true" and the "word.savetoheaderfooter" parameter value is "true".
