ConnecTechAsia 2019: Smart e-Form Solutions for All Businesses

This year marks our third year participating in ConnecTechAsia! In 2017, we showcased our enterprise eForm and visitors requested for a cloud-based service. We launched eformsign in ConnecTechAsia 2018 and visitors requested for more information on our enterprise eForm. We got a bigger booth this year and showcased both enterprise and cloud-based eForm solutions to cater to all businesses from small to large corporations!

At the enterprise side, we demonstrated to visitors how quickly information can be scanned, populated and captured via eForm and saved to the server. People were wowed by our demo, watch the video below to see how quick our eForm is.

On top of that, we displayed our Branch Teller eForm, a solution to help organizations eliminate paper form filling over the counters. Customer service officers are often occupied with paperwork and may neglect the interactions with customers. With the Branch Teller eForm, all forms are filled electronically, and employees will have more time interacting and delivering better customer service.

At the eformsign counter, we showcased two features, the first feature allows the user to fill, sign and submit an eForm just by talking to the Google Home Hub. Another feature allows the user to fill in eForm via Facebook messenger, eForm can be filled and signed within minutes just by typing your request and information on Facebook messenger. People are always on the move and these features allow anyone to fill up eForm anytime and anywhere without any delay. These features are still under development and we will keep you posted once it is ready.
