Twenty-Eight FORCS, Brilliantly Blooms

This year’s FORCS anniversary theme was “Brilliant Blooms,” representing the company’s growth and progress over the last 28 years. Despite facing various challenges, FORCS has embraced new opportunities and come out stronger. The theme reflects the hope that all employees will encourage and uplift each other, blooming beautifully and strongly like flowers.

The celebration took place at Hotel Eliena and was the first time since the COVID-19 outbreak that employees could invite their families. Before the main event, there was a pre-event photo session and a family picture event, which created a joyful environment.

The gathering of employees and their families brought positive energy, with parents and children filling the spacious venue. After enjoying the pre-event activities, everyone eagerly took their seats in anticipation of the main celebration.

After the video, CEO Mi-Kyung Park gave a speech to commemorate the occasion. She expressed her gratitude to FORCS and its employees for their resilience and hard work in overcoming challenges and growing, even though the average lifespan of companies is shortening due to startup growth. Following the award ceremony, Chairman Jo Jong-min distributed gifts to the employees’ children and conversed with them. Children ranging from kindergarten to high school enjoyed interacting with the chairman.

The celebrations continued with a musical show by the band called “Singers.” The performance featured hit songs from various genres, including “This Is Me” from “The Greatest Showman” soundtrack and beloved Disney songs. The event culminated with a cheerful “After This Night” encore and a delightful dinner enjoyed with loved ones and colleagues.
