Overview

Hyundai Motor is a multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. It is the third largest vehicle manufacturer in the world. Hyundai’s vehicles are sold in over 190 countries, they have been investing in R&D continuously to become a leader in technological innovation.

Challenges

Employees and partners of Hyundai Motor are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon their employment/partnership. They were using paper NDA and found it a hassle in collecting and processing paper NDA. Each time there is a change to the NDA, extra time and effort will be spent in disposing existing forms and reprinting new forms.

Solutions

A non-disclosure agreement system was built out of OZ e-Form. All existing paper NDA were converted to digital NDA. The encryption feature of OZ e-Form strengthens overall security in preventing e-Signature forgery. The integration was so successful that Hyundai Card, Hyundai KEFICO, and Hyundai Commercial are taking into consideration in integrating a similar system.
